HOW WE WORK

Pat Atkinson with one of the new ambulances

As a smaller charity we send every penny donated to our work in India and Sri Lanka. We do not have an office, or overheads that cannot be met by bank interest and a portion of tax repayments on donations. We take our position of stewards of donated funds very seriously. With our very regular time in India we will always be able to ensure your funds are used properly.

Visits to Projects

In the past 18 years our Fieldworker (Pat) has made 33 visits to India (3 to Sri Lanka), amounting to over 2 years of her time, which is given voluntarily. She is well known, and well knows, the areas in which we work. With her we share a commitment to working in an open way that does not allow or condone corruption (see Our Philosophy).
